Ruger Security-9 9mm 4" Black Oxide Turquoise Frame 15+1 3821

Ruger Security-9

The Ruger Security-9 is a compact semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm and designed for easy concealment and personal protection. It features a 4 inch black oxide through-hardened alloy steel barrel and slide, paired with a turquoise high-performance glass-filled nylon grip frame. The overall length of 7.24 inches, height of 5 inches, and weight of 23.8 ounces make it practical for a variety of holsters while delivering 15+1 capacity.

The Secure Action fire-control system uses a protected internal hammer and bladed-safety trigger for a short, smooth pull with a clean break and positive reset, while still allowing easier slide racking than many striker-fired designs. Drift adjustable rear and fixed front sights provide a clear picture and can be swapped for different color options, and front cocking serrations aid manipulation. Safety features include an integrated trigger safety, external manual safety, neutrally balanced sear, and hammer catch, with safe tool-free takedown that does not require a trigger pull.

This model is well suited for everyday carry, home defense, and range use where capacity and a comfortable textured grip matter. The aluminum chassis with full-length guide rails adds rigidity, and two alloy steel magazines are included. Shooters seeking a rugged, affordable compact 9mm with a distinctive turquoise frame and reliable Secure Action trigger will find the Security-9 a capable choice.
